Vixay Lanonh

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Vixay Lanonh, affectionately known to many as Net or Joy, who departed this world on Saturday, September 28, 2024. His journey was cut short due to complications from cirrhosis and severe sepsis, after a courageous seven-day battle in the ICU.

Vixay was a devoted father and a cherished father figure to many. He had an extraordinary ability to create a welcoming and safe space for anyone in need, embracing all who crossed his path with open arms and warmth. His love for his children, Bryan and Mikayla  was boundless, and he touched the hearts of countless others, enriching their lives with his kindness.

Among his many passions, Vixay delighted in cooking, using food as a heartfelt expression of his love. His kitchen was a place of laughter, joy, and connection, where everyone felt at home. A man of lighthearted spirit, he had an infectious sense of humor that brought smiles to the faces of those around him.

As we grapple with the deep sadness of his sudden departure, we invite you to remember the beautiful memories that he gifted us all. We, as a family and community, are seeking support through donations to assist with funeral and medical expenses during this difficult time.

Vixay leaves behind his beloved family, including Linda Sophapmysay, Bryan Sophapmysay , Mikayla Sophapmysay, Julian Lanonh Khonesavanh Lanonh, Bounthavy Lanonh, Tim Soumphonphakdy, Somsacky Lanonh, and Sengathit Lanonh.
