Theresa Garcia

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Theresa Garcia on August 3, 2024. Theresa was born in Albuquerque, NM on February 11, 1993 to Ruby Garcia and Gabriel Montanez. 

Theresa is survived by her children Adrianna Garcia, Isaiah Cuellar as well as Luciano Cuellar and Yvette Vasquez which she helped raise as her own. She is also survived by her fiancé Ashley, her sisters Jasmine, Ashley, Estreya and nieces and nephews. As well as her parents. Theresa was preceded in death by her auntie Julie and her sister Marrisa. 

Theresa's memory will forever live on in those who loved and knew her. She was strong, caring, selfless and passionate person. She touched the lives of many especially after her passing. Her final act, she bestowed precious parts of herself through organ and tissue donation, benefitting many recipients across the United States. 

Special thanks to all friends, family members, and staff who all came to celebrate and say goodbye to Theresa during her "honor walk" from ICU to surgery. You being there was a testament to the impact she made in her life and celebrated her legacy that will forever live on. 

A celebration of life and viewing will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2024 from 6-8PM at the Trujillo Family Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral and church services will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024 at 9 AM at Metropolitan Community Church of ABQ following with the burial services at Sunset Memorial Park at 10:30 AM.
