Saundra Louise Brown Miller, known lovingly as Sandi, peacefully departed this life on August 10, surrounded by the warmth of her daughter’s presence. She embraced life with a joyous spirit and an infectious sense of humor, brightening the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. She also dedicated many years to her career as a paralegal, a role she approached with unwavering commitment and passion.
Her creative soul thrived through her love for making jewelry, while her adventurous spirit led her to travel and create cherished memories with friends and family. Music filled her heart, and she passionately played the violin, with a special fondness for the lively rhythms of Cajun melodies later in life.
A woman of deep faith, Sandi's generosity and compassion left a lasting imprint on all who crossed her path. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Erika Miller, and her grandson, Sebastian Johnston, along with Sebastian’s father, Christopher Johnston, all hailing from Albuquerque. Sandi is also survived by her cherished sisters: Marie Brown Keller of Ruidoso, along with her sons Anthony and Corey DeHart of Albuquerque, and Isabella Brown and her son Preston Frazier, also of Albuquerque.
Sandi is reunited in spirit with her husband, Edwin Miller, and her parents, Edward and Mary Lou Brown, who welcome her home with open arms. While there are no services planned at this time, Sandi’s vibrant legacy will continue to shine through the love and laughter she shared with all. She will be profoundly missed but forever celebrated in the hearts of those who loved her.
