Richard Anthony Gallegos (Pyro), age 42, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on January 15, 1981, passed away on Sunday June 18, 2023. He left behind a legacy that will last for generations to come.

Richard is survived by his wife Kristi Gutierrez-Gallegos. His four children, daughter Angelica Gutierrez-Gallegos, son Richard Gallegos Jr., daughter Marissa Gallegos and daughter Neveah Gallegos. Parents, Fred Gallegos, and Diane Esquivel. Siblings, Vanessa Gallegos-Aumiller, Cassandra Lopez and Joseph Esquivel. Six Nephews and Nieces and seven Great Nephews and Nieces. 

Richard is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Johnnie and Jennie Esquivel and paternal grandmother Margaret Gallegos.

Richard loved being a father to his children. He was a very loving, big-hearted person. He was known for always having a smile on his face, no matter what life threw at him. Richard touched so many lives, that his memory will be in their hearts forever.
