Rebecca Urbano Hartzog, 60 was born June 14, 1962, in Plainview, Texas and died June 12, 2023, in Albuquerque, NM, after a short illness.
Those who have had the pleasure of knowing Rebecca will tell you her smile could light up an entire room, her eyes were gentle and yet somehow, always smiling too. Her Aura was so bright, she attracted many for she was the life of the party! If she wasn’t dancing the night away to Tejano music with a frozen margarita in hand, you would definitely find her squished in with her favorite people on their way to win big at the casino, out for dinner just because and road trips across New Mexico, Texas, Las Vegas, and beyond. She sure enjoyed scanning through the most recent sales with her glasses tilted toward the tip of her nose for her perfect viewing. She spent her time working in their Food Truck “The Familia”, ready to greet everyone with that contagious smile of hers. She is dubbed the Holiday Queen as holidays, birthdays, or just any days were always a reason for her to celebrate life and her loved ones. She had a heart of Gold, she was a kind soul, always happy, down to earth, caring, and thoughtful, she loved her family and friends wholeheartedly and everyone loved her right back. Rebecca will continue to live on in the hearts of everyone who loved her.
