Raymond Alfredo McGuinness

Raymond Alfredo McGuinness returned to his heavenly home on Friday, October 20, 2023. He was born October 30, 1949, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Raymond will be remembered as a voice of reason and an anchor of peace. His commitment to serving the Lord by leading "Praise and Worship," his family, his sense of humor, and his love of music left a lasting impact on those he encountered. Raymond McGuinness was deeply loved and will be missed forever.

Raymond is survived by Carmen McGuinness, his loving wife of over 46 years, as well as their sons: Raymond McGuinness Jr. (wife Jess) and Monte Otero and Daughter Renee McGuinness. He also leaves behind six cherished grandchildren: Ramon, Sammy, and Jezrae McGuinness, Angelo and Christian Vasquez, and Rayanna Jaramillo. In addition to his immediate family, Raymond is survived by his sisters Gloria Baca, Annabelle, Helen, and Doll McGuinness; as well as his brothers Rito and Angelo McGuinness and many nieces and nephews.

 Raymond was not only an in-law, but also considered a beloved brother to Gilbert, Rick, Dave, George and Frances Artiaga, Gloria Buckner, and Alice Mora.

Raymond is preceded in death by his beloved parents Alfredo and Sadie McGuinness, brothers Roy and Lawrence McGuinness, granddaughter Raylene Jaramillo, and nephew Joseph Tafoya.

The pallbearers for Raymond's service will be George Artiaga, Gilbert Artiaga, John Kor, Julian McGuinness, Daniel Tafoya and Walter Gabaldon.

Honorary pallbearers will be Raymond McGuinness Jr., Monte Otero, Ramon McGuinness, Dave Artiaga, Rick Artiaga, Rito McGuinness, Angelo McGuinness.

In memory of Raymond Alfredo McGuinness, may his soul find eternal peace and his memory live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
