Raul Ricardo Gallegos

Raul Ricardo Gallegos, 44 of Burque NM, passed away on July 18th 2022 after a tragic event. Raul was born on December 31st 1977 in Burque NM. After turning his life around and finding his purpose Raul went on to graduate in 1999 with a Master’s degree in barbering, he met his loving wife and ride or die queen Shamrah in 2004. Raul and Shamrah went on to have 3 children, Nevaeh, Amelia, and Jose Angél. Together Raul and Shamrah brought to life their dream of owning and operating a barbershop and MMA training facility.

Raul was a deeply loved and respected family man and community supporter. He always stood by his wife and his kids side. He was an exemplary example of what becoming a Chicano young business man should look like, he was guiding our upcoming generation on the daily. From building houses with habitat for humanity and going above and beyond by purchasing a commercial property in the Barleas community to provide a gym to keep the kiddos off the streets. He always wanted to teach everyone.

He is survived by his revolved world wife, Shamrah and children; daughters Nevaeh, Amelia and son Jose Angél.

Services will be held at New Beginnings Church of God [4770 Montgomery BLV 87109] 7/31/2022 at 3:00 pm In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Trujillo Family Funeral Home.
