My Dearest Phil,
Thank you for loving us unconditionally. Thank you for coaching our children’s teams over the years, from basketball, baseball, softball, wrestling, etc. Thank you for being the first person to travel distances far and wide to support our kids and grandkids in their events and sports.
Thank you for your service in the Air Force, where we met.
Thank you for serving the community as a firefighter and for working your way up to the positions of City of Albuquerque Fire Marshal and Commander.
Thank you for having the compassion to look after patients at Presbyterian Hospital, Heart Hospital, and Sandoval Regional Medical Center, spending many days and nights worrying about their healing.
There are no words that can begin to express the impact of losing you. May we take comfort in knowing that your spirit lives on within each and every one of us; through our treasured memories and the love we shared. May we honor your legacy and find solace in the knowledge that you will never be forgotten.
All my love and gratitude.
