Peter John Bergeron

Pete passed away Thursday, September 26th, 2024, at Bear Canyon Rehab Center Albuquerque New Mexico.

Pete was born on April 8th, 1943, in Midland MI to Wellington Bergeron and Geraldine (Hect) Bergeron. He married Virginia Pyke in 1993. He was a resident of Midland MI until he retired to Mcintosh NM in 2000. He is survived by his wife Virginia, 3 children: Suzette (Steve) Gregg of Sanford MI, Shelby Bergeron of Hayward CA. and Patrick of Sanford MI. He had 3 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Pete has one sister Mary in Midland MI, 2 brothers Henry (Carolyn) of Texas, and Edwin of Kentucky. He was preceded by 3 brothers: Neal, Richard, and Jerry, and his parents Wellington and Geraldine Bergeron.

Sur Pete Bergeron was a veteran who actively served his country, including Operation Desert Storm. He was stationed at various locations globally.

Pete was cremated at Trujillo Family Funeral Home in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 19th, at 2:00 PM at the Church of Christ in Estancia, New Mexico (corner of Joseph and 8th ).
