Pete Arthur Cerros, 65. Pete entered eternal rest on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 in Albuquerque, NM. Pete was born to Arturo and Luz Maria Cerros on July 19, 1958 in Gary, Indiana. Pete graduated from Calumet High School in 1976. Pete was a certified mechanic and welder. He accepted a welding apprenticeship and, after completion, began his employment as a certified welder at Pullman Standard.

Pete was a highly skilled auto mechanic and was employed at various delearships throughout his life in Indiana, Texas, Arizona and New Mexico. Throughout his career, Pete obtained numerous certifications and earned many awards.

Pete was extremely athletic. In high school, he was on the track team where he broke many track records. He also played basketball and baseball well into his 50's.

Pete had a passion for muscle cars and just cars in general. He could tell you all you wanted to know and more about just about any car you could think of. He was also a big sports fan and, an avid fisherman. If you got Pete talking about any of these subjects you better have packed a lunch.

Pete Cerros is preceded in death by his father, Arturo Cerros and his brother, Bobby Cerros.

his brother, Alfred Cerros

sister, Ruthy (Eduardo) Flores
