Paul Santillanes

Paul Santillanes, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, was born on October 25, 1971 to Rose Santillanes and Pete Garcia. Our beloved brother, father, grandfather and friend passed away on Wednesday February 21,2024. Paul will be remembered as a compassionate and loyal person, who was humorous and extremely kind hearted. He was always dancing and his beautiful smile will be truly missed. Paul devoted himself to his lifelong companion Ilene Garcia whom he lost in 2011. He loved to spend time with his children, grandchildren and his family. He had many skills and mostly enjoyed drawing. He is survived by his brother Robert Santillanes, daughters Nicole Sanchez, and Amanda Santillanes, son Paul Santillanes Jr, grandsons Santino Davenport, Jacob Davenport, Robert Gallegos, Johnny Gallegos, Jayden Santillanes, Isaac Gallegos, Eli Gallegos,and granddaughter Ammarie Santillanes as well as numerous other family members and friends who loved and will miss him dearly. 

The mass will be held at St Therese of the Infant Jesus Catholic Church, 3424 4th St NW on Friday March 8,2024 at 9:00AM, with the burial mass to be preceded at 10:00 at Pajarito Cemetery off of Coors and Pajarito Rd SW.
