Nola Beck

Nola Jean Beck, aged 78, a beloved wife, mother, and cherished friend to many, peacefully departed on August 2, 2024, at her residence in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Born and raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Nola graduated from Las Cruces High School. She dedicated herself to a fulfilling and distinguished career with the State of New Mexico, during which she earned multiple accolades before retiring in July of 2002. Nola great joy in quilting sewing, and various forms of needle artistry, creating exquisite wearable art. Her sharp wit and delightful sense of humor brought smiles to all who knew her, and her unwavering faith in the Lord defined her character.

Nola is reunited in the afterlife with her beloved husband, Don Beck. She is survived by her adoring children Denise, Dawn, Debbie, Duane, Fred, Michael, and Chris, her dear sister Diane, and her brother Mark. Nola also leaves behind a legacy of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and numerous friends whose lives she touched with her kindness and warmth.

A graveside service to honor Nola's life will be conducted on August 12, 2024, at 11:00 am at the Vista Verde Memorial Park, 4310 Sara Road, Rio Rancho, NM.
