Melcolm Gabriel Peralta

Melcolm "Gabe" Peralta, age 44 went home to be with the Lord in Albuquerque NM on December 4, 2024.
Gabe was born to Melcolm & Esther Peralta on July 25, 1980. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Salomon Peralta, and Uncles Joseph and Steve Peralta. His Maternal Grandparents Lucian and Prescilla Chavez uncles Abe and Richard Chavez, Andy Garcia, and aunts Prescilla Martinez, and Stacy Chavez.

He is survived by his paternal grandmother Velma Peralta, parents Melcolm & Esther Peralta, his daughter Camryn Peralta, Destany and Devante Lambert, Sister Prescilla (Keith), and their children Josh, Sabrina, Noah, and Makayla. Brother Gerald (Mila) their children Emma and little Gerald.  Sister Erin (Joe) and their children Katrina, Mercedes, Candice, Josiah and Jonah. Paternal aunts and Uncles Luis Rey (Florence) Jerry Peralta, Connie (Rick), Sally Carl, Manuel Peralta, Marcella (Miguel), Tammy (Billy), Andy (Bethany) Maternal aunts and uncles Frank Chavez, Jim (Alice), Fran Garcia, John (Margaret) and numerous cousins and friends.

Gabe’s pride and joy was his daughter Camryn, he enjoyed spending time with her on the phone and in person he always looked forward to her coming home from college. He loved to cook and he taught her how to make many different things.

He had many achievements throughout his lifetime. In recent years he obtained his plumbing license. He worked for Miller bonded for 4 years where he gained supervisory status within 2 years. He went on to work for B & D Industries where he had many different duties. He enjoyed working for Miller and B&D, he made friends and was treated extremely well.

He had a big heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. He loved the Lord and shared all his blessings. His hobbies included cooking, watching documentaries riding his Harley, and listening to all different types of music. He was truly one of a kind and will be missed dearly.

Services will be held December 14, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the First Baptist Church 905 Kelly Road in Magdalena NM 87825

Pallbearers will be Gerald Peralta, Andy Peralta, Joshua Peralta, Joe Melendrez,
Rocky Padilla, and Keith Gum
Honorary pallbearers: Eric Trujillo, Daniel Garcia, Josiah Melendrez, Jonah Melendrez, and Carlos Correa
