Mary Stiegman/Romero Mary was born on Sept 3,1940 in Mountainair, NM she died peacefully in her home on Jan 7, 2025 at the age of 84 years old. She will now join her loved ones in heaven. Mary is survived by her loving husband Gary Stiegman of 32 years of marriage. She is also survived by her five children from her first marriage. her daughter Loretta Saavedra and husband Michael, son John Romero And Irene, son Frankie Romero and wife Dinah and daughter Jackie Saavedra and husband Juanito, son Adolph Romero and wife Loretta along with eight grandchildren Nathan Romero, Amanda Rodriguez, Jeff Maldonado, Paul Saavedra, Luke Romero, Ashley Saavedra, Jonathan Romero, Charles Romero and also many great grandchildren. Mary was a very loving woman who always put the needs of others ahead of her own. She also loved animals and has rescued many dogs. Mary had a deep love for country music and absolutely loved Elvis Presley. She even visited Graceland. She enjoyed going to the casino and traveling. She always went over and beyond during the holidays to make it special for her family. Mary was also a devout Catholic. She will be deeply missed by all of her family and those who knew her.

A Rosary will be prayed on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 3PM at the Chapel of Trujillo Family Funeral Home, 110 Alvarado Drive, SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 17, 2025, 10AM at the Church of the Acension, 2150 Raymac Rd SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105.  The burial will follow at the Pajarito Cemetery, 5811 Coors Blvd SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121
