Mary M. Silva

Our beloved Mary "Martha" Silva, 81, born on July 9th, 1943, passed away on August 29, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering support for her family and friends. Known for her vibrant spirit, Martha had an extraordinary gift for brightening any room with her infectious smile, humor and kindness.

Martha dedicated her life to raising her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Nurturing anyone in need with warmth and compassion. She cherished her family deeply, always finding joy in their milestones and everyday moments. Her ability to connect with both loved ones and strangers alike made her a beloved figure in the community.

Martha’s laughter and love will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will continue to inspire all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, joy, and a reminder to embrace each day with a smile.

Martha is survived by her loving family; her daughters Cynthia and Christine and adopted daughter Kellie and her husband Robert. Her siblings, Justie and Katie, Nina, Pita, Ruby and Able. Her 3 granddaughters, Marissa and her partner Odyssey, Stephanie and her fiancé Austin, and Marie and her husband Brian and her grandson Troy. Her 4 great-grandchildren, Audri, Emberly, Levi and Emmitt. As well as nieces, nephews, and cousins, who will carry her memory in their hearts forever.

She was preceeded in death by her mother, Rita G. Montoya, her father, Abel Blea, her sister, Nancy Armstrong, her brothers, Benny and Profidio "Gege" her son, Charles "Juju" Randolph.

A celebration of Martha’s life will be held on October 25th, 2024 @10:30 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish. All who knew her are welcome to join in honoring her remarkable journey.
