Marrisa “Marri” Garcia Vallejos

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marrisa "Marri" Garcia Vallejos on October 17, 2023. Marrisa, age 29, was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, auntie, and friend.

Marrisa's memory will forever live on in the hearts and souls of those who knew and loved her. She was a kind, strong, loving, and passionate person who touched the lives of many.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, NM on December 6, 1994, Marrisa brought joy and laughter to all those around her. She always had a smile on her face and could often be found dancing and singing with infectious enthusiasm.

Marrisa's love for butterflies and her little mermaid reflected her vibrant personality. Just like these creatures of beauty, Marrisa's spirit uplifted those around her and brought light into their lives.

She is survived by her children Melody, DeAndre, MariLou Bella; her mother Ruby Garcia; her sisters Theresa, Jasmine, Ashley, Estreya; as well as her nieces and nephews. Marrisa was preceded in death by her father Frankie Vallejos.

A Celebration of Life and viewing will be held on Friday, November 10th, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Trujillo Family Funeral Home Chapel located at 110 Alvarado Dr SE Albuquerque, NM 87108.

During this difficult time, let us remember the joy Marrisa brought into our lives and honor her legacy of love. May she find eternal peace as she dances among the stars.
