Mark A. Padilla

In loving memory of Mark A. Padilla, age 38, we mourn the loss of a beloved son, father, brother, uncle, and friend. Mark passed away peacefully in his home on Friday, November 17, 2023.

Mark was born in Socorro, NM on October 10, 1985 to Albert and Sherry Padilla. He brought joy and laughter into their lives from the moment he entered the world. Mark attended Socorro High School and graduated in 2004.

His true legacy lies in his children whom he cherished deeply. Nevaeh Padilla (19), Mark A. Padilla, Jr. (14), and Leland Padilla (13) were his pride and joy. Mark's unconditional love for his children knew no bounds.

Mark leaves behind a devoted family who will forever hold him close to their hearts. His parents Albert and Sherry Padilla stood by him through thick and thin. He shared a special bond with his two brothers, James Padilla and Alan Padilla (Madalyn Vaiza), who were not only siblings but also his closest confidants. His nephews and nieces, Derek Pino, Ambriel Padilla, Jamylah Padilla, Jaydyn Padilla, and Mak Padilla brought immense happiness to his life.

Among those who shared a deep connection with Mark are his Nana Deluvina Padilla and his closest cousin Johnny Joe Padilla. Their love provided solace during difficult times.

Mark's warm spirit touched the lives of many friends, aunts, uncles, cousins that embraced him with open arms. The outpouring of love demonstrates the impact he had on those around him.

A celebration of Mark's extraordinary life will be scheduled at a later time as we come together to honor the memory of this remarkable individual who brought light and love to everyone he knew.
