In Loving Memory of Louisha Shanaya Gutierrez

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Louisha Shanaya Tory Gutierrez, born on March 10, 1995, passed on January 9, 2025. A remarkable young woman of immense strength, grace, and selflessness.

Louisha is survived by her cherished children, Kyrah Lane and Kaleb Gutierrez; her mother, Jeanelle Gutierrez; her father, Robert Gutierrez; brother, Matthew (Kirsten Gutierrez); maternal grandmother, Martha Cordova; paternal grandmother, Betty Escarcida; Godparents, Raymond and Patricia Cordova; God sister, Paris Chavez; uncle, Ron (Thelma) Chavez; cousins, RJ (Alyssa) Chavez, Sara (Frederico) Trujillo, David (Crystal) Chavez, Patrick Cordova, Andre Cordova; nephews, Korben, Gabriel, and Forrest Gutierrez; niece, Madison Gutierrez, and many other close family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Louis Cordova; her uncle, Roy Cordova; and her great-grandparents, David and Emiliana Chavez. 

Louisha will be deeply missed but always remembered by all the lives she touched. May she rest in eternal peace.

The celebration of life for Louisha Gutierrez will occur on Friday, February 7, 2025, with a Memorial Service beginning at 6:00 pm and the Funeral Service to be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 11:00 am.  All services will be held at the Christian Faith Fellowship Church in Gallina, NM off of State Road 96.
