Louella Mo

Louella Mo was born on March 24, 1938, in Pecos, New Mexico and was called home by our heavenly Father on June 10, 2022. She is survived by her three daughters: Glenda, Elizabeth, and Audrey. Grandchildren: Kristofer, Jade, Brittany (Olivia), Lynee (Kevin), Jacob, Nicholas, and Ryan. Great-grandchildren: AndraLeigha, Evianna and Valentino. She is also survived by her siblings: Georgia Barrett, Elaine (Leo) Otero, Debora Willford, Steve (Dianna) Sanchez, and Brother-in-Law, Wayne (Joanne) Mo, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 46 years, Gary Mo, her parents Estevan and Frances Sanchez, her siblings, and in-laws: Alice (Adam) Tapia, Jose Sanchez, Fred Barrett, Kirk Willford and Charles Mo. Louella met her husband at Holloman AFB and went on to travel to many beautiful places. She settled in Albuquerque, NM where she helped raise her grandchildren as if they were her own, she also helped take care of her great-grandchildren, always providing love and support. Louella enjoyed gardening, cooking, and talking on the phone with her siblings for countless hours. She was a devout Catholic and a longtime member of St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church. Louella made an impact on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her, she will be greatly missed by many.

A Rosary in her honor will be recited on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 9:30 AM, with the funeral mass to follow at 10:15 AM at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church in Albuquerque, NM. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery in Santa Fe, NM at 2:30 PM.

Pallbearers: Kristofer Vigil, Ryan Lopez, Kevin Gallegos, Jacob Borrego, Steve Sanchez, Leo Otero.  Honorary Pallbearers: Nicholas Borrego and Valentino Gallegos.
