Leroy Chavarria

Leroy Chavarria,  63 years young,  born in Albuquerque NM,  was a long time resident of Rio Rancho NM. After bravely fighting cancer,  he was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on Friday,  February 3, 2023.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years Joyce Chavarria,  children Dasha Chavarria,  Nathaniel Chavarria,  and grandchild Noah Haidle. 

He ispreceded in death by his parents Eugene & Nellie Chavarria, and brothers Jerry Chavarria and Christopher Chavarria. 

Leroy will forever be remembered for his love of his family,  his love for his dogs,  Mr. Flatts,  Lena,  Bella,  Boomer,  Bennett,  Rosco,  Snoops and Meheeda. He had a wonderful sense of humor, loved to go camping, drives with his dogs, hanging out at home watching his favorite movies and shows, his strong political views, and his Friday night cerveza.

"God saw you getting tired when a cure was not to be. So He wrapped his arms around you and whispered "come with me "

You didn't deserve what you went through, so He gave you needed rest. 

God's garden must be beautiful, He only takes the best "

We don't know how we'll face each day without you but we know you're no longer in pain.. rest Pop, be at peace. Until we see you again...
