Lawrence Alexander Martinez

Lawrence Martinez went to be with the Lord on Saturday November 9, 2024, at the age of 73. He was preceded in death by his father Benito Martinez, his mother Canda Chavez Trujillo, his sister Theresa Torres. Lawrence is survived by his wife of 55 years MaryJo Martinez, his son Bennie Martinez, his daughters Marilyn Urenda and Laura Barstow. His brother Leroy Jaramillo. His grandchildren Annamarie Martinez, Ryter Griego, Joseph Martinez, Juliana Barstow, Devin Urenda, Lauren Urenda, Alixandria Barstow and Emma Barstow. His Nephews Leroy Jaramillo, Kris Jaramillo, Delbert Torres and his Niece Darlene Gutierrez. Lawrence's life was a testament to his unwavering dedication to his family. Raising his children and caring for his wife was his life's greatest purpose. He found joy in working outdoors around his property, where his skilled craftsmanship as a gifted carpenter and unmatched work ethic shone brightly. Lawrence cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren. He devoted his full attention to them, listening with care, sharing laughter, and creating smiles. To his family, Lawrence was a guiding light. Together with his beloved MaryJo, he set a timeless example of a strong and loving marriage and demonstrated what it means to be extraordinary parents and grandparents. Lawrence will be deeply missed, but his legacy of love, devotion, and family will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
