Josie Montoya

Josie Montoya (age 89) went home to be with the Lord on June 11, 2024.Josie was born in Clyde, NM near Truth or Consequences NM. Josie is survived by her husband Estevan Alberto Montoya of 69 years of marriage and had 6 children: Albert Montoya, Michael Montoya, Tommy Montoya and Peter Montoya. She raised 2 grandchildren: Michelle Montoya and Albert Trujillo.She is preceded in death by William (Billy) Montoya and Ida Trujillo.Josie was a faithful wife and a fantastic mother who loved her grandchildren dearly.She loved to cook, sing, dance and spent lots of time with her family.She will truly be missed but not forgotten by family, many friends and acquaintances. 

Her celebration of Life will be held at Heaven Bound Ministries, 4311 12th Street NW Albuquerque, NM 87107 on Friday June 21, 2024, at 10:00 am followed by reception.Contact number for service is 505-343-0544 or 505-659-7554.Flowers can be sent to Heaven Bound Ministries between 2-4 pm on Thursday June 20, 2024.
