The Lord took Joseph home on June 12th, 2023, following a long illness & complications with his heart.

Joseph grew up in the South Valley. He was a huge supporter of State Representative Art De la Cruz.
Joseph started his company "Martinez Earthworks" and later worked with Bernalillo County and retired with the City's Water Utility Authority.
He was a diligent worker and talented in restoring old cars. His love of Harley Davidsons began at a Very young age as he was a collector of them. Joseph belonged to the 'Camaradas car club of Burque'. He had a '49 3100 Panel truck and a '40 Chevy deluxe coupe and was working on a '60's Falcon pickup.
