John Chavez

December 16, 1948 — October 24, 2022

John “Jerry”, “JC” Chavez, age 73, long time resident of Albuquerque, passed away at his family home, Monday, October 24, 2022, after a short illness.

He is preceded in death by parents Galdino and Elsie Chavez, sisters Theresa Chavez and Christine Archuleta.

JC is survived by partner of 16 years Julia Corpus, Two Daughters, Amanda Chavez, Connie Sandoval (husband Martin Sandoval), two granddaughters, Marisela and Isabela Sandoval, Brother Joseph Robert Chavez, and Sister Barbara Chavez, along with several nieces, nephews, brother-in-law, and many longtime friends.
