Gerald Pavlik

Gerald Pavlik, 81, of Albuquerque NM, passed away on February 11th, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Carteret, New Jersey, on February 6th, 1944, Gerald was the son of the late Walter Pavlik and Marion Pavlik.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sondra Pavlik. Four children, James A. Pavlik (Janine) of Sterling VA, Walter Pavlik II (Amber) of High Point NC, Melissa Wright (Dre) of Victorville CA, and Crystal Pavlik of Escondido CA. Brother Walter A. Pavlik (Ellen) of NJ, Sister Rosemary Hall (John) of Clearwater FL, and Brother Thomas Pavlik of Tom’s River, NJ 3 grandchildren, Joseph Atencio, Walter (Trey) Pavlik III, and Amanda Holbrook.

Gerald loved cooking for others and moving to different parts of the country to experience living in different locations. He moved his family from New Jersey to California in the early 1980s and then from California to New Mexico in late 2020 with his wife Sondra.
