Esteban Sanchez

Esteban Sanchez, age 71, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 27, 2023. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Esteban was born to Jose Guadalupe Sanchez and Maria de Jesus Gaeta. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Rene "Mice" Sanchez, his brother Ignacio "Nacho" Sanchez, and his grandson Leondro Alexander Trujillo.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Francisca Sanchez. Together, they created a beautiful family and cherished many memories. Esteban is also survived by his sons Jorge (Teresa) and Sergio (Brenda), and his grandchildren Valentino, Jorge, Julian, Jackie, Roman, Nicole, Celinda, Rene, and Jalisiah. His great-grandchildren Rose, Makaylah, Arianna, Nevaeh, Lillyannah, and King meant the world to him.

Esteban had a close bond with his siblings. He is survived by Marta (Manuel), Mauro, Mercedes (Angel), Hector Manuel (Santa), and Guadalupe Minerva. 

A chapel viewing will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2023 from 4pm to 6pm at Trujillo Family Funeral Home located at 110 Alvarado Drive SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.

A memorial service will follow at Iglesia Juan 3:16 located at 125 Eubank Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87123.
