Edwina (Dina) Harrison

Edwina (Dina) Harrison, beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend joined the Lord at the age of 64 on January 24, 2025, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. 

She is survived by her loving children, Amanda Barela and Ashley Barela; her beloved granddaughter, Breanna Barela; and her father, Arthur Harrison. She is also survived by her brother-in-law, Richard Zamora; her sister, Yvonne Martinez, and husband, Paul; her brother, Vincent Harrison, and wife, Yvette; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members, including her former husband, Michael Barela.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Harrison; her brother, Artie Harrison; and her sister, Deborah Zamora.

Edwina was a woman of deep compassion, touching the hearts of all who knew her. Though she is no longer with us, her loving spirit will continue to inspire and uplift those whose lives she graced. 

A celebration of Edwina’s life will be held at St. Therese Catholic Church, 3424 4th St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107. The Rosary will be recited on Friday, February 21, at 8:45 a.m., followed by a Mass at 9:30 a.m. Interment will take place immediately after at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
