Douglas Edward Case

Douglas Edward Case was born on April 28, 1955, in Long Beach California, to Bud and Judy

Case.  Douglas was the oldest of his siblings, Darell and Sherry Case. Douglas was a loving father to

his son Lewnel Case that he absolutely adored along with his daughter-in-law- law Prudencia. Douglas

was a wonderful grandpa and great-grandpa who was loved tremendously! Unfortunately,

Douglas was diagnosed with brain cancer in December of 2024 which ultimately led to his

sudden passing on January 22, 2025. Douglas was always happy as anyone who knew him

would agree. He was always putting the needs and well-being of others before his own.

Douglas was always prioritizing acts of kindness and generosity without expecting anything in

return no matter how hard life got and what difficulties he was facing. He was always positive

cheerful, loving, and giving. If Douglas loved anything more, it was always his bike rides, to

clear his mind and enjoy the scenery.

Douglas had a super contagious laugh that many will remember. Douglas was retired so with his

time he gave back to the community by working with his church in which he faithfully attended

every Sunday. Cross Christian Fellowship, Rt. 66 had his dedication.

Douglas is survived by his son Lewel Case and daughter-in-law Prudencia along with numerous

relatives and friends.

Services for Douglas will be held on February 1, 2025, at 10:00 am at Cross Christian Fellowship

located at 4817 Central Ave. NE, Albuquerque N.M. 87108. The family is inviting everyone to

join them for a beautiful send-off for our beloved Douglas.
