Dorothy E. Perez

Dorothy E. Perez (auntie Dodo), a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away May 16, 2022, after a difficult battle with pancreatic cancer.  She was surrounded by her loved ones and will be forever loved and remembered.  

Dorothy was born on August 10, 1956 to Jose Maria Perez and Frances Victoriana (Lujan) Perez, in Bernalillo, New Mexico.  She is preceded in death by her parents; Jose and Frances Perez, her sisters, Darlene A. Perez, Marvine G. Duran, her brothers; Jose T., Gilbert, and Frank Perez.  She is survived by her daughter, Marvine Anne Gonzales, two grand-daughters, Sophia and Isabella Gonzales, her brother Richard Perez, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

She'll always be remembered by her fun character and love for family, dancing and spending time with special friends. 

Christian services will be held to honor the life of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
