Delnita Lorraine Bethune

Delnita “Dee” Lorraine Bethune passed away unexpectedly in her home on October 30, 2023 in Albuquerque, NM at the age of 75.

Dee was born on March 12,1948 in Watford City, North Dakota to Delmer Clement Evans Jr. and Marilynn Evans (Yoerg).

Dee is preceded in death by both of her parents and son, Dane Kelsey Petersen.  Dee is survived by her grandchildren, Dana Rae Curley (Chance Curley) Curley, and Dallas Raine Petersen, her sisters Julie McConnell (Geary McConnell), Pamela Thomas (Mark Thomas), great grandchildren Bleu Curley and Everleigh Mae Curley, as well as nieces Amber Bowman and Kelsey McConnell, and nephew Derek McConnell.

Dee was a beautician and spent many years doing hair until she retired from Fredrico’s Styling Salon in 2016. Dee was happiest being with her family and having her pets close by. Dee enjoyed reading, attending all the local Arts & Crafts shows with her sisters, and watching the Dallas Cowboys. She will be deeply missed by her friends, family, and all who knew her.

The family will not be holding services at this time.
