David E. Geter

David E. Geter, age 67, loving father, and adoring husband entered fully into the presence of our Lord on Sunday, April 10, 2022.  He was born June 16, 1954, in Borger Texas, to the late Eugene and Esther Geter. David is survived by his wife Margaret; his sons Andrew and Aaron Geter; his sisters JoAnn Griego, and Susan Oakley Tribble. 

David was a faithful man who loved the Lord, his family, and his community. David's Christian faith was an essential part of his life. He spent a great deal of his time coaching and mentoring young people, and he truly cared for each young person he coached. He adored his sons, and they were his pride and joy. He gave them the greatest gift of all, the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 

A celebration of life will be celebrated for David on Thursday, May 5th at 4:00 pm. The celebration will be held at Common Ground Church. 6521 Paradise Blvd NW #6199, Albuquerque NM 87114.  The family has asked that any floral arrangements for the services that are to be delivered to the church, please have them delivered on the morning of the services.  Floral arrangements are available through Signature Sweets & Flowers.  www.signaturesweetsandflowers.com
