Darlene Trujillo

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Darlene Trujillo, who departed this life on July 9, 2024. Born on July 27, 1961, in Las Vegas, New Mexico, Darlene was the cherished daughter of Rachel and Daniel Trujillo.   

Darlene spent much of her life in Las Vegas, where she found joy in the company of her beloved sons. Her warm spirit and love for family will be dearly missed.  

Darlene was preceded in death by her husband, Tobias Trujillo, her mother, Rachel Trujillo, and her father, Daniel Trujillo. She leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory: her siblings, Toby Gonzales and Lorraine Trujillo-Gallegos; her sons, Michael Trujillo (Marlene), Danny Trujillo, and Christopher Trujillo; and Nora O'Hara, whom she considered a daughter. She was also a devoted grandmother to Michael Ortiz, Alexandra Trujillo, Jesus Trujillo, Rachel Trujillo, and Elijah.  

A Mass in her honor will be held at St. Therese of the Little Flower Church, located at 3424 4th St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107, on August 21, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. A brunch will follow, with the location to be announced after the service.
