Cindy Florez

November 21, 1962 — April 25, 2024

On April 25, 2024, Cindy Florez, aged 61, peacefully passed away in Albuquerque, NM after a courageous battle with an extended illness. Born on November 21, 1962, in Carlsbad, NM to Ernestine A. Mora and Joe R. Florez, Cindy was a devoted mother, cherished grandmother, and loving sister.

Cindy was known for her compassionate nature and willingness to assist anyone in need. She completed her education at Carlsbad High School and had a passion for exploring the advancements in today's technology, particularly enjoying navigating on computers. Her absence is deeply felt by her beloved Pomeranian Pooch Quazi.

She is preceded in death by her sister Jessica but leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness. Cindy is survived by her mother, Ernestine A. Mora, father, Joe R. Florez, daughter, Allison Marie Florez (Ryan), grandchildren Madison, and Nathan Florez, as well as her best friend, Gary Granger.

In accordance with her wishes, Cindy was cremated and a private service will be held at a later date.

Cindy will be remembered for her warm heart and unwavering strength throughout life's challenges. May she rest in peace.
