Cindy Ann Fields

Mrs. Cindy Ann French Fields passed away at the age of 72, on Tuesday April 25, 2023, at home surrounded be family.

She was the youngest of four sisters, born to the late Mr. Napoleon  “Pete” French & Tina Bertha “Toota” Robinson in Lamesa, TX  on July 4, 1950. Cindy married Donnis Fields In 1977 and was a loving house wife many years until her and Donnis parted ways. Cindy raised five children, Teddy Carl French, Gregory Yarbrough, Pamela Yarbrough, Michael “Terry Wayne” Yarbrough and Steven Yarbrough.

Cindy moved to Memphis TN in 2005-2014 where she worked as a care giver for Shelby Residential & Vocational Services. She retired and moved back to Albuquerque to be close to her children & grandchildren. She was a loving mother & grandmother and was loved by all. Cindy was a very spiritual woman and is preceded in death by her parents Napoleon & Tina French, husband Donnis Fields, son, Michael “ Terry Wayne” Yarbrough, & sisters Pasty Jean Parker& Sandra Kay Waddles & Auntie Kate Robinson. Cindy Fields is survived by one sister Nancy Pounds of Albuquerque NM, three aunts Nadine “Weesie” French, Hobbs NM, Teresa Mae Gandy and Evelyn Tucker of California, one uncle Tommy Joe French, Hobbs NM, thirteen Grandchildren, six Great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, relatives and friends.

A Wake Service will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2023, from 6PM to 8PM at the Trujillo Family Funeral Home Chapel.  A Memorial Service will follow on Friday, May 12, 2023 from 11AM to 1PM at  the Trujillo Family Funeral Home Chapel.
