Cecilia F. Aragon

Born and raised in Peralta, NM. Resided in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Cecilia was preceded in death by her Father and Mother, Juan and Flora Urias, Brothers David and Richard Urias, Sister Veronica Tafoya. Son in law Leroy Ballejos. She was survived by Brother Benardo (Vene) Urias, and Sisters Albina Garcia, and Virginia Tafoya. She was a Loving wife to Husband Jose Ernest Aragon, Loving Mother to Marcella Ballejos, Rosanne Aragon, Manuel Aragon and daughter-in-law Rebecca Aragon. Loving Grandmother to fifteen grandchildren, Melissa, Leroy Jr. & Heidi, Orlando, Jessica & James, Anthony & Aliyah, Jocette & Ty, Amanda, Manuel, Lilly, Samantha, Avie. Two foster grandchildren, Rosie, and Renee. Four Great grandchildren, James, JaQuees, Amira, and Tobias, and two more on the way. Also many nieces and nephews.

Cecilia had a Huge Heart! She was a wonderful, loving, caring person who loved to tell her funny jokes, love to make people laugh. She was the rock and glue to our family. She loved the Holidays, Birthdays, any Family Gatherings. She loved to bake and sew.  She loved her game shows, The Price is Right and Wheel of Fortune. She loved the Sound and Smell of the Rain. 

Out of six siblings, Cecilia was the only who graduated from Rio Grande High School. 

Retired from Motorola.

She will be greatly missed, but not forgotten, not only by family but friends also.

Funeral Mass will be held 10:00am on Saturday July 20, 2024 at San Martin de Porres Church 8301 Camino San Martin SW Albuquerque, NM 87121. Followed by a Reception at the South Valley Multipurpose Senior Center 2008 Larrazolo Rd SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105 (on Atrisco, North of Bridge)
