Carl L. Williams, born on February 11, 1947, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2025. A man known for his outspoken nature and zest for life, Carl will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Carl proudly served his country in Vietnam from 1965 to 1967, an honorable chapter of his life that reflected his courage and dedication. In his spare time, Carl was an avid reader with a passion for science fiction and western novels. Among his favorite pastimes were enjoying breakfast outings and bus adventures with two beloved boys in his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Phil and Delphine Williams; brothers, Phil and Allen Williams; and sisters, Darlen and Shirley. Carl leaves behind a loving family that includes three daughters, one son, his great-niece Jazmin, two great-nephews Jason and Joseph Sanchez (whom he cherished as grandsons), niece Angel and her husband Erick Sanchez.
Carl’s memory will live on through the countless lives he touched. His family and friends will forever treasure the moments they shared with him. May his legacy bring comfort to those who mourn his passing.
Services for Carl will be on Friday, February 14th at 9:00 am. Trujillo Family Funeral Home Chapel located at 110 Alvarado Dr. SE. Followed by burial In Santa Fe National Cemetery located at 501 N Guadalupe St. Santa Fe NM.
