Annette Elizabeth Salazar

Annette Elizabeth Salazar was born on April 7, 1963 and received her wings on April 13, 2023 after a lifelong battle with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT).

She is survive by her mother, Celina M Salazar, her daughter and son-in-law, Ashley and Gabriel Perry, her grandchildren Angelica, Joshua, Nathaniel, Elijah, and Phillip, her siblings, Yvonne, Albert, Gertie, Cathy,sister-in-law Starr, and her loyal dog Rascal, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father Felipe Salazar and brother Deacon Phillip Salazar.

Annette attended school in Albuquerque, NM and Memphis, TN. She was employed as a collection manager for several organizations and was a cheer coach for youth drill teams. The family would like to thank Carol Vrchota and Geri Hodges for always helping with Annette, Dr Ortega, Christina, Sarah, Christine, Michael and staff from Hospice de la Luz for the care they provided and all the prayers and support from so many others.
